These gowns are good for your body if you have narrow shoulders and a smaller bust. They widens the shoulders and remove uncomfortable bulges that can form under dress. Halter dresses may not be the best for women who are large chested as they can increase the weight of the dress and pull your head down. However, if the outfit is being held up by girding underneath, then that should not be a factor.
